Window & Door Installer
Full-Time$22 – $35 / hr depending on experience
Lead installations of impact windows, entry doors, sliding doors, and enclosures on residential and commercial projects across Tampa Bay. You'll work directly with Julius and our small crew — no large company politics, just quality work.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of window or door installation experience
- Ability to work safely at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Team player with attention to detail

Installation Helper / Laborer
Full-Time$16 – $20 / hr
Assist our lead installers on job sites — prepping openings, moving product, cleanup, and learning the trade from the ground up. No experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What we're looking for:
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable and punctual

Sales & Estimator
Full-TimeBase + commission — competitive
Visit homeowners across Tampa Bay, measure their openings, and deliver honest, detailed quotes. You'll be the face of HD4You — integrity and people skills matter more than a hard-sell background.
What we're looking for:
- Sales or home improvement experience preferred
- Strong communication and trust-building skills
- Comfortable measuring and working with numbers
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle
